We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join our clients growing team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with excellent training and advancement potential. Location: Salem, NH

Pay: $21.92/hr + Bonus Opportunities

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Document interactions and update account information in the system
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass background check
